Hello lovelies!
I was recently asked by the lovely Amy over at
ModCloth to participate in the Fall Fashion Layering Challenge. The challenge is to select either blouses, sweaters or cardigans and create an outfit based around them, so this is what I came up with. I feel a sweater is a key part of any autumnal outfit so I chose a laid-back pullover sweater and put it together with a chunky cardigan as I feel cardigans are ideal for autumnal months where the weather is starting to feel a bit cooler. I teamed the look with these leather trousers as a contrast to the more lose fitting top half of the outfit and leather trousers are great for keeping you warm. For accessories, I've chosen a tartan scarf to add some bright colours to the look. I've also been after a tartan scarf myself recently as I missed out on that trend last year and regret it. To finish off the look I've added this super cute hat teamed with another item I am a fan of which I am debating putting on my potential Christmas list this year, is over the knee boots. I think they look so cool on other people but I don't think I'm edgy enough to pull them off haha we'll have to wait and see! I hope you like what I came up with and thanks again to Amy and
