As I mentioned in previous posts, I had the holiday (and birthday) of a lifetime last year with Dan when we went to Santorini back in August. Whilst I'm still going through the plethora of photographs of that trip to share on this blog soon, there is one photograph in particular that I adore from that trip and sums up the holiday for me and it is this one of the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen from the sunset boat cruise we did which was a surprise birthday present from Dan for my 25th birthday. This memory will always stick with me for how special it was and I knew I wanted to do something more than just print off the photograph and stick it in a frame. Along came Photowall!
Photowall are a Swedish company that specialise in environmentally friendly and fire-retardant wall murals and canvas prints. I was contacted to create a canvas from their site. They have an incredible range of designs available to choose from featuring Disney, travel, nature to name but a few. But as I was wanting to do something special with my sunset image, I created my own canvas instead. The process was really straightforward and explained what to do clearly. It didn't take long for my canvas to arrive. Photowall are very passionate about design and quality which I personally feel is definitely reflected in their work as I was blown away by how amazing my photograph looked on the canvas when I received it and one of the other appeals of Photowall is that the images do not fade in sunlight which gives my canvas longevity which is a huge bonus.

Another factor I liked about the process, was that I was given the materials to put the canvas together myself. It arrived in a cylindrical parcel with all the tools inside to build it and with easy to follow instructions. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to put the canvas together and doing so made it even more special to me as this personal touch made me have a sense of achievement in knowing that I'd put that together myself haha. I'm not usually the best at diy so that was a small victory for me!
To celebrate this collaboration, Photowall are offering a 20% discount over on their website using the code: VioletDaffodilsCampaign2018 at checkout. This offer will end 30 days from now so make sure you don't miss out!
Ah that is brilliant as I've been looking into this for a while. I'd love to have one of my own photos to hang on the wall so knowing this is out there is perfect, so thank you for the tip off! Will have to do this when I can, and yours looks stunning! - Tasha
